Will I be able to have my rentals in the exact same spot everyday?

The beach in Ocean City can be very crowded. Our operators will have enough equipment to accommodate our customers, however, we are not always able to accommodate customer's request for specific locations.

Do I have to set up and remove the equipment I rent?

Accepted Answer

Once you pay for your rental, our attendants are happy to setup and remove your rented equipment from the beach. We ask that you check with our attendant when you leave.

I'm heading in for lunch and want to return to the beach later. Will my rental equipment still be on the beach?

Accepted Answer

You are more than welcome to get lunch and return later. However, we ask that you either check in with our crew to let them know that you will be back OR leave towels/other non-valuables with your rental items.

Can I move my umbrella to a different locations myself?

It is a safety hazard for the customer to move our umbrellas. Please ask our attendant for assistance.
